Youth Development

Growing confident, sportsmanship-driven youth bowlers

Every Saturday morning we turn Gardner Ten Pins into a classroom on the lanes. Our youth league blends fundamentals, teamwork, and fun competition so every bowler feels supported, celebrated, and proud to wear the Greater Gardner colors.

We’re honored to mentor the next generation of USBC athletes and their families. Whether it’s a first bowling ball or the next scholarship milestone, we’re in your corner the whole way.

Why families choose us

Intentional coaching, real progress

Our youth program balances fun competition and skill-building reps. Coaches track goals, celebrate growth, and help every bowler understand how practice time connects to tournament-ready results.

Great for beginners

We group bowlers by experience so new athletes can learn the basics, celebrate milestones, and grow their confidence each week.

Coaching available

Certified youth coaches and committed volunteers are on the lanes every Saturday offering feedback, drills, and encouragement.

Ball & shoe rentals included

Weekly fees cover properly fitted house balls and bowling shoes, so families can get started without extra gear purchases.

Discounted practice rate

Youth league bowlers unlock special pricing for additional practice games to sharpen skills outside of league play.

Scholarship pathways

We spotlight youth tournaments, application deadlines, and recognition programs that help bowlers pursue college scholarships through the USBC network.

Proud to support youth bowlers

A program shaped by passion and purpose

Greater Gardner USBC volunteers, alumni bowlers, and local partners pour heart into this program. The result is an environment where young athletes are inspired to dream big, play with integrity, and carry the sport forward.

More than a league night

From fist bumps after a spare to cheering on new teammates, the energy in our youth program is contagious. Families find a community that celebrates effort, progress, and every personal best.

Built on USBC values

Greater Gardner USBC volunteers champion safe, inclusive play. We follow national youth guidelines, run sanctioned competition, and recognize bowlers with awards that mean something beyond the score sheet.

Proud local support

Gardner Ten Pins has been home for generations of youth bowlers. We reinvest in coaching resources, scholarship funding, and lane time because we believe these young athletes deserve the best start possible.
