  • Send information and promotions concerning Gardner Ten Pins;

Sharing With Gardner Ten Pins

We share subscriber email addresses with Gardner Ten Pins, Inc., located at 560 West Broadway, Gardner, Massachusetts, so that Greater Gardner USBC and Gardner Ten Pins may send subscribers relevant bowling news, league and tournament information, event announcements, and promotions.

Gardner Ten Pins may use a shared email address only for these purposes. We do not share subscriber email addresses with any other bowling alley. If that practice changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by law.

Gardner Ten Pins is a separate organization and is responsible for its own handling of information once received.

Other Service Providers and Disclosures

We may also disclose information to:

  • MailerLite, which hosts our subscriber list, provides signup forms, delivers emails, and reports email engagement;
  • Website-hosting, security, and technical service providers that help us operate the website;
  • Google, when a visitor's browser loads Google Fonts or the embedded tournament calendar;

We do not sell or rent subscriber email addresses for money.

Email Choices and Unsubscribing

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails or by contacting us at contact@greatergardnerusbc.org.

Greater Gardner USBC and Gardner Ten Pins will honor unsubscribe requests for the shared mailing list. We may retain a minimal suppression record of an unsubscribed address so that we do not accidentally add it back to the list.

Retention

We retain subscriber information while a subscription remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide communications, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your subscriber information. We may retain limited information when required by law or when necessary to document and honor an unsubscribe request.

Children's Privacy

The mailing list is intended for adults, including parents and guardians of youth bowlers. Children under 13 should not submit their own information or subscribe directly.

If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental authorization, we will delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us to request review or deletion of a child's information.
